A Cut Above the Rest!

The Carlisle family hails from Brooksville, FL, and quickly established themselves as an old fashioned meat market with a hometown feel. They take great pride in all of the products they offer, and are very excited about their new location in Blairsville!

You can expect the freshest, best tasting custom cuts of meat around, all while being served by our friendly and knowledgeable staff. We carry a wide variety of unique, hard to find products, like 45-60 day wet aged beef, USDA Prime pork, and pasture raised chicken. In addition to our great product lineup we also make sausages from scratch every day such as burnt end/jalapeno, blueberry, cherry, and even alligator!

We also carry an array of Amish products that are the best obtainable, and source our meats from small family farmers and are dedicated to providing our customers with the best and freshest products available.
